Product Overview

Insulating fire brick is made from raw material diatomite, perlite or Chamotte. It’s produced by foam process and method of EPS ignition loss.

B series insulation bricks are ideal thermal insulation material, widely used as a primary hot face refractory lining or as back-up insulation behind other refractories in various of industrial furnaces.

Classification by material:

Clay Insulation fire brick - Perlite insulation fire brick - High alumina insulation brick- Mullite insulation fire brick - Alumina hollow brick

Lightweight Insulating Brick can be used as inner lining brick of industry kilns wall and industry furnance.such as blast furnace, hot blast stoves ,electric arc furnace, cement kiln, melting furnace, ignition furnace, flue, refining equipment, heating equipment and piping, regeneration device, gas furnace, soaking furnace, annealing furnace, heat reaction chamber and other thermal industrial equipment.
